Post-Birthday Workout = Trooper | Koyabell Fitness

An icon should be here...My birthday weekend has come to a close. Ate yummy food, shared excellent drink (including some nectarine cardamom mead made in New Westminster), and went dancing downtown. Nice to see people, and now I’m all peopled out.

I didn’t stray from the Lean & Cut Nutrition Plan very much… but there was all the liquor… my bad. 😉

My lungs are feeling better and I’m able to do the morning routines again. Also going to Koyabell classes again. Today was my first class back and it was definitely an effort. Taking a break, plus lungs, plus being dehydrated from clubbing the night before… oi vey. Got through it though, wasn’t so bad. Drank a liter of water during the workout. When I really need it, water tastes sweet.
I’m definitely not one of those people who can workout hungover, first thing in the morning. I know there’s a couple of you who come to class in that condition! You folks are troopers!

I did 30 bodyweight squats today! But then my right knee started to bother me so I switched to wall-sitting. Stupid knee…

I have insane munchies cravings tonight… I think this happened around the same time during round 1 of Lean & Cut. This is the beginning of week 4 of 8. I shall call this phenomenon Midway Munchies.
