Well, moon-time is almost upon us again. I am craving starch/carbs. Bread and crackers look amazing right now. With a bit of cheese or pumpkin butter… mmmm……

Been slacking on the water lately. Not good! Gotta keep in the 3 litre zone minimum, and shoot for the 4 L recommended by Coach Rish Koya.
Had a nice morning workout today. I like Thursdays because everything starts later in the day, giving me more time to wake up, and more time for proper form, and for “hitting the showers” as it were. If ever I sleep in or just don’t feel rested enough, I cut the workout in half, or take 3 off of everything, something like that. Don’t stop or give up, adjust instead!
Also, during this morning’s workout, I held all of my planks for the full minute each time. That’s really great progress from my original 30 second maximum. We’ll see if I do it again tomorrow, I slipped in the shower today and landed on the edge of the tub on my back. I am bruised and sore so I’ll be listening to my body more closely the next few days.
The recipes for next week look fabulous. I’m so stoked to eat all of those foods. There’s pudding and pudding in shakes. 😀 😀 😀
And a couple pieces of clothing fit better now, so I won’t feel guilt about pudding, I’ll feel entitlement!
I miss having hobby time, particularly my German learning time. I rewrote the workout logs New You Health Transformations gave me into German, just so I could feel like I was doing both. Ha ha…
I know this entry is kind of boring, but I thought I’d write a wee blurb before bed.
I’ve been staying up late the last few days, what with school work and all. Tonight I make my self go to bed by 23:00. I hope to dream of big bells. 😛
