An icon should be here...Busy! Not enough energy or time to do everything I need to do in a day. Sucks! Hence my slow in posting and lesser posting quality. Sorry, but life calls.

So, some thoughts on my cat:
The little bugger hopped up on the counter a few days ago, I was only 6 ft away, and he somehow was so stealthy that he took my 4 oz. of cooked chicken cooling in  a container and he ate it all! Argh! Also, spilled a tiny bit of Udo’s oil and he was all over it! My cat Shadow is down with the Udo’s….

Yesterday’s workout at the New You Transformation Center was not so great. Well, the workout was fine and the coach was great, but I was just not feeling it. Everything felt difficult. On the upside though, I am now swinging a heavier kettlebell. I am up to 20kg for swinging! And 16kg for high swings. Arms are still sitting at 6-8kg. The 8kg kills me.
The coach noticed I was using lighter kettlebells and asked how I was feeling. I told her and she was very nice and validated my feelings by saying “That’s just how we are feeling today. Every day is different right?”, Right coach!

Today after practicum I am going to see a movie in theaters: CHAPPIE!!!!!!!
I AM SO STOKED. I LOVE DIE ANTWOORD. A LOT. And the trailer plus some interviews looked very good.
This means I pre-made ALL my food for the day so I can bring it into the theater.
Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil: for health art with me; thy Evolv Fix and thy Almonds they comfort me.

End of week 4 (Monday of week 5) counts as 4 full weeks completed, which means I will fulfill my selfie promise.

Now, I really must get back to practicum before my supervisor gets back
