Week two is off to a sluggish start.
I have no energy and am hungry for every thing. Can you say moontime?
I really didn’t want to go workout, and I had a slight headache to-boot. Did the evening Koyabell class but had difficulty. I paced myself and my head didn’t get it’s own pulse or anything.
On the upside, I discovered canned tuna in salad with olive oil and balsamic vinegar is fairly tasty, and not completely disgusting as I had thought it would be.
Coach Rish has given me a 15 minute morning workout to do starting tomorrow morning. This is really pushing my time management and such. We’ll see how it goes.
Not going to lie folks, I’m not feelin’ the energy today, and I long for munchables.
I think I’m going to call it a day…
